The instrumentation is very often experience in my family. One even said that the family. My aunt had a outside of the body experience, when he was around 12 years old, where this is less than I was. He said that through space, flying spy family rest in the body, and returned to her own body. Grandmother, great-grandfather and my cousin all have similar experiences. This was the reason he was so jealous. Never had a body experience astral travel.
I spent a lot of time to experience a outside the institution. Will remain in bed, focus my breath and try to empty my mind of all thoughts and feel pull me from my body. It was always close sometimes, but never have enough information. Somehow it seemed simpler just above me. I was on the verge of leaving, if I found an interesting book.
It was called "A Guide to out of body experience". Had a plain red cover, rather conventional font and an unsuccessful design. In fact, had more the appearance of a scientific Tome as a guide to travel elsewhere. I bought at the sale of books, and only cost two dollars.
Great about this experience was an instrument that actually break it into understandable pieces together. The investigation by the House, and astral travel techniques for several different experts held theories. This was not exactly a scientific book, but has a lot of science to it. While I read, I was ready to try for me.
My first few attempts, one outside of the body experience was completely failed. Nothing happens. However, I tried my imaging techniques, taught repeatedly set out to find success. Finally, it happened one day. I felt my drift over the boundaries of my body in a widening arc, to move towards the ceiling. It was like nothing I ever before. Unfortunately, it was over almost as soon as started. Anyway could do so again more than a week later. I am slowly but surely gaining control techniques. Astral travel will soon be in a position, at will.
